To: Nancy Salzman, President Executive Success Programs
My eldest son motivated my presence in this training when he mentioned the thesis that personal growth is the most important formula to find you and understand others. In the beginning I was very resistant to accept this simplification of a process so complex as the human being. My doubt came from my scientific background as a researcher, medical doctor, educator, politician and social scientist, which represent the meeting of the "I" with the "Us". By the end of the training I understood that the secret is the simplification and synthesis of behavior and personality that emerges when human beings meet with the shock of a non-integrated, non-logical culture.
Something difficult had become simple. The dramatic brilliance of the trainer Nancy Salzman, blended the intellectual with human emotion, normally so hidden but most important in the search for happiness. I believe that this training proves that there is a method that enables man to harness the accelerated scientific and technological development of this era with ethical direction; such a simple duality is quite possibly the most difficult crossroad of our times.
My congratulations,
