Executive Training™

The Executive Training™ is the only program that is presented by Nancy Salzman, President of Executive Success Programs, Inc. Ms. Salzman is now the leading authority in Rational Inquiry™ and is one of the top trainers on human potential in the world.

At the core of Ms. Salzman’s work is the principle of developing each individual. This approach, combined with her energy, capacity, and expertise in the proprietary technology makes working with her a unique and powerful transformational experience. This is evidenced by her continued work with prominent individuals and leaders worldwide, to whom she provides special counsel and personal coaching.

The Executive Training™ has been expressly designed for prominent individuals who are in pursuit of personal and professional excellence. Specifically, the training allows participants to gather basis definitions necessary for personal and professional success, a concise understanding of human perception with respect to communication, a clear definitional basis for value, and steps to build self-esteem in self and other. The program also helps increase and develop participants’ persistence, consistency, follow-through, interpersonal skills, peak performance and productivity, and management skills.

The Executive Training™ is taught in groups no larger than 15 participants and is staffed by ESP’s top trainers and facilitators. This intimate setting and a unique style of training combining lecture, in-depth discussions, as well as experiential exercises, maximize learning by addressing the needs of all participants and their individual learning strategies. ESP also provides a personal coach for each participant to help them break through any limitation uncovered by the educational component. Additionally, participants will have access to ESP’s entire coaching team in addition to their own coach, thus yielding unlimited possibilities for continued expansion and growth.
